* What's up with the min/max rates?
For any given country there are sometimes different rates depending on the phone number you're calling. We've taken the lowest and highest possible values so you can see them. Some countries have no change across networks.
** Texts are billed per 160 bytes
There is an outrageous artificial and unnecessary 160 byte limit to SMS messages imposed by mobile networks, which means if you write a long text or use a bunch of unicode emojis a single message gets billed as multiple units.
